X-Art.com — Credibility Gap?
Ok, maybe I’m just feeling bitchy today, but some things sort of stick in my craw. We got an email from Brigham of X-Art.com saying the following:

I know internet sites — especially porn sites — are given to inflated claims, but gimme a break! The world’s first erotic music video? I seem to recall David Bowie making some music videos about 25 years ago that got people all steamed up, in one way or another. And more recently of course, X-muse.net has produced two very nice erotic music videos. And I seem to recall a fellow going by the name Snoop Dog making some porn video some years ago which I suspect would quality (I haven’t seen them so I can’t say exactly). And I rather suspect that other people have had the notion to make music videos with people fucking.
It nice that Brigham finally has video on his site, but I have to wonder why he feels the need to make this claim? Does he really think he’s the first? Is his ego that inflated or does he real not get out that much?
Anyway, from what I saw on the trailer, the video is not that bad — the editing is a bit choppy and the music is 4th rate — but if you turn the sound off it’s OK. The girl is pretty and not quite as skinny as sometimes. Overall — except for the music — it’s not a bad effort.
Now if he’d just stuck to the facts and said. “Hey, I made a music video! It’s my first!” I would not have had to post this little rant. But check out the video. As I said, maybe I’m just being a little bitchy today.
